Associate Attorney: A graduate from University of Tennessee College of Law, Emily brings a fresh perspective and a vibrant passion for criminal defense to our firm. Originally from Nebraska, where she completed her bachelor’s at the University of Nebraska, Emily chose Knoxville to further her legal education and quickly found herself at home here in East Tennessee.

After spending the summer 2024 as a Law Clerk at Barnes & Fersten, Emily continued with our firm into her role as Associate Attorney. During Emily’s time as an Associate, Emily has assisted countless clients in getting their cases dismissed or reduced.

Emily brings a vibrant energy to every case she touches. Our clients love how Emily is down to earth and truly cares about every client.
